- Create a 2 percent tax for only those taxpayers with assets worth $30 million and up;
- Raise at least $2.7 billion per year for services we all need;
- Affect only 4,600 taxpayers;
- LOWER the tax burden for everyone else because more revenue from the Very Rich eventually will mean the 99 percent won’t have to shell out more money.
